We’re looking for a product-focused full-stack engineer to help design, build, and scale new features that directly impact customer growth and success. This role combines strong engineering execution with product thinking — you’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to deliver high-quality experiences that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do

Develop and ship new product features across frontend and backend (Rails + React). Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make scope tradeoffs.
Instrument user behavior and iterate quickly based on analytics and customer feedback.
Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion.
Balance technical execution with product priorities to deliver results efficiently.
Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decision-making.
