Job Title: Senior Ruby Engineer
Location: London - Hybrid (4 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £110k per annum

As a Senior Ruby Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the team by contributing hands-on to product development while also guiding and mentoring junior developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid technical leadership position, balancing their time between coding and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming (75%):
Build and maintain robust, scalable Ruby applications.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Coaching and Mentoring (25%):
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Lead code reviews, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Act as a mentor to junior developers, helping them grow in their roles.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience mentoring and coaching developers, with a passion for leadership.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
