Responsibilities 
This position will have an stronger initial focus of improving member experience and contributing to different external tests for multiple departments. Supporting all teams through internal tools is still part of the expected ownership
Implement new features and change requests while ensuring quality and performance
Deliver high-quality and maintainable code, collaborating closely with teammates to achieve high PR acceptance rates
Plan and execute migrations with zero or minimal downtime
Communicate effectively with other teams to refine specifications and set expectations
Troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to help requests from other teams

Qualification/Experience 
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
3-5 years relevant experience in a full-stack or backend development
Work Experience with Ruby on Rails is a requirement
Practical experience maintaining or supporting infrastructure in AWS is an asset
Knowledge of VueJS and GraphQL is an asset
Fast learner with strong problem solving skills

Fullstack Developer Senior

Salary Range: $125-160K
