As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of the product organization responsible for building and improving our web platform. You will work in close collaboration with other engineers, UI/UX designers, and the Head of Product to deliver high-quality software that supports both our product experience and operational backbone.

We use an adapted agile process (Shape Up methodology) to focus on impactful work, deliver high quality, and get things done. Algrano is a web application developed in Ruby on Rails. You will work across multiple parts of the system—from user-facing features to internal tools and systems that support logistics, fulfillment, and operations.

Depending on your strengths, interests, and business priorities, your focus may evolve over time.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain the platform using Ruby on Rails and related technologies
Drive technical improvements across the codebase and platform infrastructure
Participate in solution design with the Business Analyst and other team members
Mentor engineers and support best practices across teams
Support internal stakeholders by building and maintaining shared tools and systems
Work with continuous integration and frequent deployments
Join live weekly tech and product meetings; otherwise, asynchronous communication is preferred (Notion, Slack)
Participate in regular team gatherings and events in Europe

Your experience, background, and skills:

8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and StimulusJS
Experience with behavior-driven testing frameworks such as RSpec
Proven experience working remotely
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Located in Europe
